“I have been working for five months on this project which starts this Sunday,” Franck Desplechin, executive chef of the St. Regis Princeville wrote to me in an email. “Bloody Mary celebrates 80 years. It was created in 1934 in New York and now is a part of the St. Regis brand. There are 31 St. Regises around the world so there will be 31 different Bloody Marys. The St. Regis Monarch Beach decided to do a one night event and we decided to celebrate for one week! I will fly to Honolulu next Tuesday to talk about it on Hawaii News in the morning.
