If you’ve been fans of Tasting Kauai for a while, you know we hold the Kauai Grill in high esteem. We’ve had the privilege of interviewing chef de cuisine Maxime Michaud and executive chef Leanne Kamekona, as well as tasting dishes from world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. It’s simply delightful to be pampered with excellent service in a posh setting, while overlooking Hanalei Bay during sunset. Here is the new Fall 2013 menu, which includes 15 new dishes.
