There are three seasonal flavors – Gingerbread Crunch, Eggnog, and Christmas Celebration. They also have Eggnog and Gingerbread Breezes and Gela-atte.

Wailua Shave Ice

Holiday flavors include peppermint chocolate as well as lilikoi shave ice.

Java Kai

Featuring a real maple syrup latte this season and of course they use beans they roast right there in the shop!

North Shore General Store

Christmas specials include Chicken Cutlet Moco – fried chicken tenders smothered with brown gravy, topped with grilled mushroom and onions and two eggs!
Tempura Shrimp Burger – topped with a honey wasabi slaw, tomatoes and onion.
